If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, simply let us know and we would be more than happy to exchange it or offer a full refund, minus any shipping charges paid.

Please ensure any item that is being returned is still in its orignal packaging and has not been worn. If we believe the condition of the item has been comprimised in any way (such as make up stains) we may refuse the return. 

If you have requested a Made-to-Measure item please note that unfortunatly this is non refundable. 

If you would simply like to exchange the item, we will dispatch the replacement item as soon as we receive the prior order back in it's original unworn condition. Please be aware that it may take us time once again to make the replacement item for you as we make everything to order. If you are unsure of what size to order please contact us before placeing your order to ensure you are happy with it first time. 

Due to this item being hand made to order it can sometimes take up to two weeks to prepare your order. However if you're in a rush please just let us know and we'll do our best to meet your needs. 

Once your order has been made you will recieve confirmation of shipping and details of when it should reach you. Please allow 1-3 days for the UK & EU and 7-14 days for the rest of the world.
